By accessing or using Onbridger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Onbridger.
2. Description of service
Onbridger is an adaptive exam readiness platform that provides personalized practice questions, spaced repetition scheduling, mastery tracking, and study planning for university students. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content based on user-uploaded course material.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Each individual may maintain only one account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:
- Upload material for which you do not hold the necessary rights or permissions
- Distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit AI-generated content outside of the Service
- Use the Service to facilitate academic dishonesty or circumvent academic integrity policies
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms, models, or data underlying the Service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse promotional offers
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in a manner not expressly authorized
5. Intellectual property
Your content: You retain all ownership rights in material you upload to the Service (lecture notes, syllabi, past exams). By uploading material, you grant Onbridger a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, and use this material solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the material or your account.
Service content: The Onbridger platform, including its design, algorithms, software, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Onbridger and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated questions, explanations, and study plans are provided for your personal educational use only.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated questions, explanations, evaluations, and study plans may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Service is intended as a supplementary study aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of academic preparation. Onbridger does not guarantee any particular academic outcome or exam result.
7. Service availability
We endeavor to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONBRIDGER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONBRIDGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
